Order via BNN (ordering system of the german organic sector)
In case your ERP-System supports the BNN exchange format, you will be able to send us your orders electronically. Ensuing your order, you will receive a dispatch notification on your FTP-Server. A PDF document, that includes invoice and delivery note, will also be sent to your e-mail account.

Order via EDI
We are able to receive orders via EDI-EANCOM (Electronic Data Interchange) format. Transmission is possible by FTP, e-mail or our X.400 address (Telebox). A PDF document, that includes invoice and delivery note, will also be sent to your e-mail account.

Data Exchange: Documents and Formats
You will receive delivery notes and invoices in PDF format. Both documents can be sent to varying e-mail accounts (e.g. dispatch notification sent to purchasing@example.com; invoice sent to accounting@example.com)
Order via BNN and you will receive a dispatch notification to your FTP-server.
EDI
Ordering via EDI-EANCOM is already possible. Delivery notifications and invoices are still being implemented, but will be available soon.
